Private / Group Rental Rates
$50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) and
$200 minimum bar tab
Maximum indoor group size: 50
No outside food or drinks unless special catering requests have been discussed with Bob Wallace Orchards prior to the event. Your party will have access to our food menu which includes chips and dips/salsas and charcuterie boards. Order ahead for your party to get discounted rates on the menu.
Cake or other desserts are allowed.
Included in your rental:
- Tables/Chairs/Barstools for up to 50 guests
- Sufficient Staff to Serve your party during the rental time frame.
Please Note:
- A $50 deposit is due the day of booking.
- Final balance payment is due the day of the event.
- Final head count, food orders, and any special requests are due one week prior to the day of the event.
Rental Request Form:
Groups are welcome to join us during regular business hours, but if the Tasting Room is busy, we cannot guarantee space for your group to all sit together. We encourage you to call ahead and make a reservation for groups larger than 8.
