Elderberry & Herb Stuffed Chicken

* 4 chicken breasts
* Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
* Bob Wallace Elderberry Jelly
* Package of bacon

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2. Butterfly 4 chicken breast and pound flat.

3. Salt and pepper chicken.

4. Stuff with Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese.

5. Drop in a couple spoon fulls of Bob Wallace Elderberry Jelly on top of cheese spread.

6. Fold chicken back together and wrap with pieces of bacon.

7. Cook until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.
